Information We Collect

The ArisPrintsStudio gallery website does not include forms, account registration, comment areas, or its own checkout system. Therefore, the gallery website does not directly collect personal information from visitors.

The site provides static gallery content, product images, and links to Etsy product pages.

The ArisPrintsStudio Pin Assistant processes limited Pinterest account information only when authorized through Pinterest’s OAuth authorization system.

Pinterest API Integration

ArisPrintsStudio Pin Assistant is an internal application used only by ArisPrintsStudio to create and schedule organic Pins, organize content on our own Pinterest boards, and retrieve performance analytics from our own Pinterest business account.

The application is not offered to the general public and does not provide services to third parties.

Pinterest Information Processed

When the application is connected to Pinterest, it may process:

• Pinterest account and profile identifiers
• Pins and boards belonging to the authorized ArisPrintsStudio account
• Pin, board, and account analytics
• OAuth access tokens required to authorize Pinterest API requests

The application does not request, collect, or store Pinterest passwords, login credentials, or session cookies.

How Pinterest Information Is Used

Pinterest information is used only to:

• Create and schedule Pins selected by ArisPrintsStudio
• Organize content on ArisPrintsStudio Pinterest boards
• Retrieve analytics for ArisPrintsStudio Pins and account performance
• Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Pinterest integration

The application does not access Pinterest accounts belonging to other users.

Storage and Sharing

Pinterest information is retrieved through the Pinterest API only when required for the application’s functions.

Pinterest data is not sold, rented, licensed, or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

OAuth access tokens may be stored securely to authenticate authorized Pinterest API requests. Access tokens are not publicly disclosed and are not used for purposes unrelated to the ArisPrintsStudio Pin Assistant.

Data Retention and Deletion

Pinterest access can be revoked at any time through the connected Pinterest account settings.

When access is revoked, the integration is discontinued, or deletion is requested, stored OAuth tokens and related application data will be deleted within a reasonable period.

Etsy Links and Purchases

When you click a product link or the “Shop on Etsy” button, you are redirected to Etsy.

Purchases, payments, messages, favorites, and Etsy account activity are governed by Etsy’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

ArisPrintsStudio does not directly process payments or Etsy account credentials through this website.

Cookies and Analytics

The gallery website currently does not use custom analytics tools, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies to track visitors.

The website may be served through hosting services such as Vercel or GitHub Pages. These providers may process standard technical logs, including IP addresses, browser information, and request timestamps, for security, reliability, and technical operation.

Third-Party Services

The website contains links to third-party services, including Etsy and Pinterest.

Actions performed on third-party platforms are governed by the privacy policies and terms of those platforms. ArisPrintsStudio is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

Pinterest Policies

The use of Pinterest information is also subject to Pinterest’s Privacy Policy, Developer Guidelines, API Terms, and other applicable platform policies.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect OAuth access tokens and other application-related information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

ArisPrintsStudio Drive Assistant

ArisPrintsStudio Drive Assistant is a private internal tool used only by ArisPrintsStudio. It uses Google Drive access to locate product folders, process selected artwork files, prepare Etsy draft assets, and create view-only digital delivery links. It is not offered to the public and does not access Google accounts belonging to other users.
